Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day client communication for assigned accounts.
Respond to queries, resolve service issues, coordinate fulfilment, and document every client interaction accurately and promptly.
Client Communication and Query Resolution
- Respond to client queries and requests by phone, email, or portal within the defined response SLA.
- Review account history and prior correspondence before responding.
- Resolve routine issues directly and promptly escalate non-standard or high-risk issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to fulfil requests.
- Follow up on open items, pending documentation, and outstanding requests.
Documentation and Account Records
- Log every client interaction in the CRM immediately after contact, including channel, client, topic, outcome, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain complete and accurate account records for every assigned client.
- Update client and account status in real time after every action.
- Keep client documentation audit-ready and available for review.
