Client Partner Manager

We are seeking a Client Partner to partner with tier-one clients and the broader Podean team to develop and execute Walmart and broader marketplace strategies and unlock incremental brand growth.

Client servicing, strategy, program delivery, project management, and analysis will all be key functions in this role with the expectation that the Client Partner is well-versed in all aspects of eCommerce strategy including media, creative, and retail solutions.

• Own client relationships end-to-end - serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders (including C-suite), lead all meetings and presentations, manage expectations, and build lasting trust.
• Drive marketplace strategy - develop annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, and supply chain recommendations. Identify new workstreams and upsell opportunities proactively.
• Execute and manage cross-functional delivery - coordinate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Own reporting, recaps, and action items.
• Stay ahead of the platform - monitor Walmart, Amazon, and broader marketplace updates, communicate relevant changes to clients, and translate new opportunities into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to agency growth - support new business pitches, develop internal best practices and SOPs, contribute to agency thought leadership, and run onboarding/training sessions as needed.

• 3+ years in eCommerce, retail media (Walmart preferred, Amazon, Target, etc. qualifies), or marketplace marketing - with hands-on expertise across advertising retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs; Walmart Connect and Walmart.com experience is a strong plus, and a willingness to go deep on Walmart is essential.
