Your day at NTT DATA

  • As a Client Manager, build and nurture relationships with assigned SMB accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and expanding opportunities across technology and cloud solutions with a focus on AWS.
  • Manage and grow strategic client relationships by leveraging consultative selling, strategic planning, and account management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and margin targets, minimize client churn, maximize customer retention, and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that drive long term customer success.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer collaboration activities.
  • Proactively identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Act as primary point of contact, tackle customer challenges, ensure satisfaction, and lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into scalable technology and AWS cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and business acumen with expertise in consultative and solution based selling.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of NTT DATA's technology offerings and market trends.
  • Experience in technology sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SMB segment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer first mindset and strong problem solving abilities.
  • Experience leading contract, pricing, and SLA negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • AWS certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English required.
