Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with assigned SMB accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement account strategies leveraging consultative selling and strategic planning
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer collaboration using CRM tools
- Lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations
- Collaborate with technical architects and solutions engineers to deliver tailored AWS solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in technology sales, account management, or business development in SMB segment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) are an advantage

Your day at NTT DATA
- As a Client Manager, build and nurture relationships with assigned SMB accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and expanding opportunities across technology and cloud solutions with a focus on AWS.
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships by leveraging consultative selling, strategic planning, and account management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and margin targets, minimize client churn, maximize customer retention, and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Develop and implement account strategies that drive long term customer success.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer collaboration activities.
- Proactively identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Act as primary point of contact, tackle customer challenges, ensure satisfaction, and lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into scalable technology and AWS cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Strong sales and business acumen with expertise in consultative and solution based selling.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of NTT DATA's technology offerings and market trends.
- Experience in technology sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SMB segment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer first mindset and strong problem solving abilities.
- Experience leading contract, pricing, and SLA negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- AWS certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English required.
