Role overview
The Client Manager will manage relationships with professional footballers in the Saudi Pro League and high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
The role is centred on trust, responsiveness, relationship management, and premium client service rather than traditional sales.
Clients may require support across commercial partnerships, brands, media, luxury lifestyle, property, travel, events, and private opportunities.
Client relationship responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and act as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and maintain proactive communication.
- Understand clients' personal interests, commercial objectives, and requirements.
- Anticipate client requirements and ensure an exceptional level of service.
Saudi Pro League clients
- Develop relationships with professional footballers playing in Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain relationships with players, representatives, agents, and relevant team members.
- Coordinate commercial and lifestyle opportunities and support trusted introductions.
