What will I do?

As a Client Management Specialist, you will assist with managing client product and business portfolios.

This position encompasses the administration of client activity relating to composing client and supplier correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research and managing budgets.

The role works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to best meet client needs.

The Client Management Specialist r is the primary person responsible for following and managing an order from inception to payment.

Communication, detail orientation, accountability, positivity, and time management are key to success.

• You will ensue that client portfolios and sales teams align to and emulate the company’s policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations. We lead with quality and heart in every interaction.
• You will communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel and suppliers.
