Client Implementation Manager, Global Implementation

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Implementation and Cash Client Service strategy for the UAE.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of complex Transaction Banking solutions.
• Manage senior client relationships, service reviews, and critical escalations.
• Improve implementation cycle times, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology, and Operations on solution design and delivery.
• Drive process simplification, digital integration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project governance, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing and inclusive team.
• Represent Implementation in senior management and governance forums.

Skills and Experience

• Computer competency and a technology background are preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Project management and sound analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Trade Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, and Transaction Banking products.

Qualifications

• Banking and finance industry experience or similar industry experience.
• Experience in client implementation with a strong delivery focus.
• Strong project management disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products.
• Experience implementing Trade Supplier Finance and documentary trade solutions.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, and cross-border deals.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Third-party platform experience is a plus.
