Overview

  • Bloomberg Live delivers news making convenings that harness the power of our global newsroom.
  • The Client Experience Manager supports clients as Bloomberg Live expands its commercial portfolio.
  • This role reports to the Director of Client Experience for Forums and Government Partnerships.

We’ll trust you to

  • Manage Bloomberg Live’s global client relationships from post sale through final event execution.
  • Be a quick study on clients’ businesses, objectives, and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, adding value above and beyond tactical requirements.
  • Organize and contribute client insights for additional value, upsells, and future engagements.
  • Collaborate across functions and teams within Bloomberg Live and Bloomberg L.P.
  • Liaise across internal departments including sales, editorial, marketing, production, audience, and finance.
  • Own and maintain contracts and Salesforce upkeep for details and logistics.
  • Track inventory, benefits, timelines and other key details for assigned events.
  • Develop best in class collateral and executive level partner communications.
  • Conduct client calls outside of standard business hours if client is based outside the hired region.

You’ll need to have

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in media or events, in account management or client relationship management.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and multiple clients at once.
  • Detail oriented and organized, with flexibility to navigate changing situations.
  • Strong executive presence and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Slack.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to manage client experience onsite.
