This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that sits at the centre of delivery, advisory, operations, and relationship management. 5+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, grant funding, or a related advisory environment.
Experience managing complex client portfolios and leading concurrent claim delivery engagements in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong client management and communication skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities and challenging conversations.
Strong understanding of claim strategy, audit processes, compliance considerations, and delivery risk management.
Experience supporting clients through audits, government reviews, and technical or financial documentation processes.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, GitHub, ClickUp, Linear, and Notion; accounting systems such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Oracle NetSuite; and payroll systems such as Ceridian, Wagepoint, and QuickBooks—or similar tools and best practices within each system.
Strong organizational skills, business judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally within high-growth or evolving environments.
Experience in STEM or supporting technical, software, engineering, or innovation-focused organizations is considered a strong asset.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or team collaboration.
