About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build, establish and grow client relationships within the HWN/UHNW segment
- Extensive networking and proven acquisition talent to acquire new HWN/UHNW clients
- Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with investment products and solutions teams
- Develop the client book with measurable outcomes
- Keep accurate and up to date records
- Comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with risk management culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Private Banking as a Client Advisor dealing with FIMs, MFOs and Fund Managers or with HNW/UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and of financial markets
- High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand strong client networks
- Resilient team player with a service oriented approach
- Aptitude for digitization and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in client service
- Proficiency in English and Kazakh or Russian to support the regional client base

Your responsibilities
- Build, establish and grow your client relationships within the HWN/UHNW segment.
- Extensive networker, proven acquisition talent and passionate knowledge of the HWN /UHNW field.
- Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams.
- Extensive network in order to facilitate the acquisition of new HWN/UHNW clients.
- Have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes.
- Keep accurate and up to date records.

Your expertise
