About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build, establish and grow client relationships within the HWN/UHNW segment
- Extensive networker, proven acquisition talent and passionate knowledge of the HWN/UHNW field
- Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams
- Extensive network in order to facilitate the acquisition of new HWN/UHNW clients
- Have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes
- Experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments, ideally 2 5+ years working in a client facing role
- Firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind set
- Resilient team player and truly service oriented
- Aptitude for digitization and technology
- Keep accurate and up to date records
- Comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with our risk management culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Private Banking as a Client Advisor dealing with FIMs, MFOs and Fund Managers or with HNW/UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and of financial markets
- High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand strong client networks
- Resilient team player and with a service oriented approach
- Aptitude for digitization and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in client service
- Proficiency in English and Kazakh or Russian to support the regional client base
