Client Leadership and Relationship Management
- Serve as the senior relationship owner for strategic resources clients with individual multi-million account revenues.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CxO, VP, and SVP leaders in operations, digital, and sustainability.
- Develop account strategies aligned with energy transition, asset optimization, and digital operations agendas.
- Navigate client, government, and joint venture stakeholders in MEA energy markets.
Revenue Growth and Commercial Management
- Own account P&L forecasts, pipeline, revenue recognition, and margin management across service lines.
- Originate and close new work through opportunity identification, solution shaping, and senior-level commercial negotiation.
- Lead pursuits from opportunity qualification through proposal, orals, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with industry, technology, strategy, consulting, Song, and operations practices to assemble solutions.
Delivery Oversight and Quality
- Maintain executive accountability for active engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable client outcomes.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risk, resourcing challenges, and client satisfaction issues.
- Champion sustainability, ethical AI, and ESG commitments in client delivery.
Market and Thought Leadership
- Represent the organization at industry forums, client events, and government roundtables across the MEA resources sector.
