Cleaning Supervisor

Programmed Facility Management is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our FIFO team on an 8:6 roster from Perth.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on cleaning professional who knows what good looks like and can lead a team to deliver it consistently. You'll oversee the day-to-day cleaning operation on site, manage a small team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and service are maintained across the village.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable leading from the front and getting their hands dirty when needed . You'll be responsible for setting expectations, supporting your team and stepping in to help when required.

$115,000 + Super

As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across the site.

You'll lead a small team of cleaning personnel, ensuring work is allocated effectively, standards are maintained and the village consistently meets operational and client expectations.

This is a hands-on supervisory position. While you'll be responsible for leading the team and overseeing the operation, you'll also be expected to get involved in the cleaning operation when required.
