Role Overview
Cleaning Supervisor responsible for managing cleaning teams across multiple client sites.
The role covers manpower deployment, cleaning quality, client satisfaction, materials, equipment, reporting, and operational compliance.
The position is field-based and requires independent travel between multiple sites every day.
Site and Team Management
- Supervise cleaning staff across multiple client locations and allocate cleaners according to site requirements and workload.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, productivity, and team performance.
- Arrange replacements for absent staff and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure cleaners follow approved cleaning schedules, SOPs, and site-specific requirements.
Quality and Client Coordination
- Maintain cleaning standards according to client requirements and company SOPs.
- Identify areas requiring corrective action and ensure immediate rectification.
- Maintain inspection checklists and quality records for assigned sites.
- Handle client complaints, obtain feedback, and escalate major complaints or operational issues.
