Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams at assigned sites.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance and attendance.
- Ensure cleaning services are completed according to company standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality and hygiene requirements are met.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or a related field.
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Have good communication and leadership skills.
- Have knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Be able to supervise a team and work under pressure.
- Have good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
