The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
This role involves scheduling, monitoring performance, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Team supervision – Lead and manage cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
Scheduling – Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
Quality control – Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Training – Provide training on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures.
Inventory management – Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Health & safety compliance – Ensure staff follow safety protocols and comply with local regulations.
Reporting – Maintain records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and incident reports.
Problem resolution – Address staff grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
