The successful candidate will be responsible for processing claims transactions; entering data into the General Insurance System (GIS); maintaining filing systems; and providing administrative support to the claims team.

Opens and assigns new claims files.
Answers and returns phone calls and e-mail inquiries.
Enters claims information into GIS and Guidewire
Orders reports for the claims department.
Processes windshield claims.
Maintains up to date electronic notes.
Processes Salvage cheques and invoices.
Resolves routine administrative problems.
