CKSA_Resident Engineer_Riyadh(Saudi National Only)

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for standalone and connected products.
• Achieve a high first-time fix rate and minimize recalls through cost-effective use of labor and parts.
• Report labor and parts investment and counter readings using the CAESAR coding structure.
• Optimize stock inventory and rotation while balancing return-to-fit visits.
• Signal commercial opportunities to Sales and Marketing using Onsite-Insight.
• Contribute to team development and overall service performance.
• Understand customer requirements to support the Solution Business Strategy.
• Report customer issues to the relevant account manager.
• Identify super-users and train them on installed Canon products and software.
• Identify opportunities to develop other areas of the client's business and liaise with the account manager.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics, software, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant service-industry experience.
• Experience understanding and following health and safety guidelines.
• High technical aptitude with excellent fault-finding skills.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills, including customer instruction.
• Team-oriented approach focused on optimizing team output.
• Good commercial insight and business acumen.
• Professional representation of the company through behavior, communication, and presentation.
