Role Overview

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics, software, or a related area.
• Relevant service industry experience and experience following health and safety guidelines.
• High technical aptitude with excellent fault-finding skills.
• Good customer handling, communication, and instruction skills.
• Teamwork, commercial insight, business acumen, and professional representation of Canon.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and identify root causes for products in the assigned portfolio.
• Achieve high first-time fix rates and minimize recalls through cost-effective use of labor and parts.
• Use CAESAR to report labor, parts investment, and counter readings.
• Optimize stock inventory and rotation while balancing return-to-fit visits.
• Signal commercial opportunities to sales and marketing using Onsite-Insight.
• Liaise with account managers regarding customer issues.
• Train super-users on installed Canon products, printer drivers, features, and related software.
• Identify opportunities to develop clients' businesses and coordinate with account managers.
