Role Overview
RESTART is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure safe and efficient delivery.
The role requires work in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, and finishing works.
- Review construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor schedules and support timely completion.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure HSE compliance.
- Support inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
