Role Description
Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Civil / Structural Manager to contribute to the Soudah Development project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, advanced analysis techniques, and a passion for innovative, sustainable design.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for all structural engineering activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications. Lead the development of innovative structural solutions, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Overs
- Manage the structural engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of structural systems. Develop and manage project s
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the structural engineering team.
