CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - POWER SYSTEMS ENG IV - CO

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an accredited university ( required) .
• Eight plus (8+) years of civil engineering work experience with focus on power systems site development projects required.
• Candidate must have strong technical expertise, project management experience, and regulatory compliance knowledge to ensure safe and reliable operation of power systems infrastructure.
• Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards related to power systems infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (required) , CA PE License (preferred).

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Due to the nature of federal government work, candidates must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain Military Base Access is required for this position.
• Valid driver’s license required with a record that meets the CLP Fleet Policy.

• Travel between job sites expected with 20-30% overnight travel expected.

• Salary range: $103,000 - $127,000/annual based on experience plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan. We reserve the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range based on factors unrelated to sex.
