Role Overview
Review, design, and supervise Civil & Structural engineering works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, and participate in contractor meetings.
Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.
Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities throughout project execution.
Monitor construction activities, site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site inspections, manage technical issues, engineering changes, and project risk assessments.
Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, HSE requirements, and company standards.
Additional requirements
Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, 3D Mat, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.

Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- The role requires seven to eight years of experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer.
- At least three years of design experience with consultants or EPC projects is mandatory.
- UAE project experience, particularly in G+5 construction projects, is required.
- A master's degree or additional professional qualifications would be an advantage.
