Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- More than eight years of experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer is required.
- Design experience with consultants and/or EPC projects is mandatory.
- UAE project experience, particularly in G+5 construction projects, is required.
Role Responsibilities
- Review, design, and supervise civil and structural engineering works for oil and gas and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, and participate in contractor meetings.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities during project execution.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, 3D Mat, and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures is required.
- Experience in EPC projects, tendering, contract administration, and project execution is required.
- Understanding of HSE requirements, PTW systems, risk assessments, and construction quality control is required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 15,000 per month, plus family accommodation.
