- Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce activities
- Ensure all civil and structural works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and foremen for smooth execution of work
- Monitor and coordinate concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, block work, plastering, and finishing works
- Check proper alignment, levels, dimensions, and positioning of structural and architectural elements before and during execution
- Allocate tasks and supervise site manpower, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor work progress and report daily site activities
- Manage material usage, site resources, and manpower efficiently
