Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil maintenance works at power plant sites, including structural repairs, foundations, roads, drainage, and building rehabilitation
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify civil deficiencies and prepare detailed technical reports with corrective action plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with SEC standards and applicable codes
- Track daily progress, material deliveries, and manpower utilization; submit accurate reports to the project manager
- Enforce HSE regulations and ensure all civil activities adhere to SEC safety requirements and Saudi Aramco standards where applicable
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams on civil interface works including cable trenches, equipment foundations, and underground utilities
Requirements
- Experience in civil maintenance works at power plant or industrial sites
- Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Familiarity with SEC standards and Saudi Aramco safety requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
