Civil - Project Manager

Role Overview

Experience and Education

• The role requires four to eight years of experience in building construction projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required.

Project Execution

• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and material requirements.

Quality, Safety, and Reporting

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with method statements, project specifications, HSE, and safety requirements.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.

Materials and Records

• Monitor progress against the project schedule and support achievement of project milestones.
• Coordinate material inspections, approvals, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.

Preferred Knowledge

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.

Work Setting

• The responsibilities require regular work and supervision at the construction project site.
