About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to support the execution of residential building projects (G+4) in Dubai. The role involves managing daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities
- Execute construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor site work including levels, alignment, measurements, workmanship, and material usage
- Coordinate daily activities with foremen, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment for smooth progress
- Raise RFIs, coordinate technical clarifications, and follow up on resolutions
- Conduct inspections, prepare IRs/MIRs, and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, site records, progress updates, and photographs
- Monitor concrete works, steel works, material deliveries, and activity logs
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper material handling
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects
- Must have experience in residential building projects (G+4)
- Hands on experience in site execution, subcontractor coordination, and project monitoring
- Ability to handle multiple small to medium scale projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings
- Strong site coordination and reporting skills

- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000
- Work days & Timings: Mon Sat | 9AM 5PM
