Civil Foreman – Key Skills & Competencies 1. Site Supervision & Execution Supervising daily civil works (excavation, concrete, blockwork, finishing, etc.) Ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements Coordinating site activities and sequencing of works 2. Workforce Management Managing labor, equipment, and subcontractors on site Assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity Ensuring discipline and efficient use of manpower 3. Quality Control Monitoring workmanship to meet quality standards Ensuring inspections and approvals are obtained before proceeding to next activities Must have skills: Site Supervision & Execution Supervising daily civil works (excavation, concrete, blockwork, finishing, etc.) Ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements Contract administration (FIDIC knowledge)
