Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor and Project Coordinator for interior fit-out works.
The role is based at Al Quoz Industrial 4 in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site fit-out activities and ensure progress follows the schedule.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to meet timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and on-site quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues or conflicts proactively and report them to project managers and site supervisors.
- Assist with materials planning, site inspections, and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil or Electrical studies with MOFA attestation is required.
- At least two years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and civil works is required.
- Ability to read drawings and manage execution accordingly is required.
- Good communication skills and site management capabilities are required.
- English is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
- Benefits include accommodation, transportation, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai.
