About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and design site layouts, foundations, access roads, drainage systems, and utility networks for oil & gas facilities
- Design and review structural components such as pipe racks, equipment foundations, buildings, tanks, and offshore platforms
- Oversee civil works at site, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Conduct soil investigations, evaluate ground conditions, and recommend foundation types suitable for heavy industrial loads
- Manage trenching, backfilling, road crossings, valve chambers, and pipeline supports
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, process, and HSE teams to ensure integrated engineering solutions
- Review civil engineering scope, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Ensure all civil works meet international standards and adhere to strict HSE guidelines
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, drawings, BOQs, and progress updates
- Support budgeting, cost estimation, and monitoring of civil engineering activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in civil engineering for oil & gas or heavy industrial projects
- Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ACI, BS, ISO)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
