Role Overview
Civil Engineer responsible for construction project design, planning, site coordination, quality control, approvals, cost monitoring, and project documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality registration or license is mandatory.
- Minimum five years of Civil Engineer experience in construction projects.
- Experience obtaining Abu Dhabi authority approvals and submitting documents through government portals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with MS Project and Primavera.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Engineering and Design
- Prepare structural and infrastructure designs for construction projects.
- Perform calculations related to loads, materials, and structural integrity.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations.
Project Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute construction projects within specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and construction timelines.
- Coordinate daily site activities.
Site Management and Quality
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Implement quality control procedures and verify completed work.
Coordination and Approvals
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials and equipment are available on time.
- Obtain Abu Dhabi authority approvals and manage portal submissions.
Cost Control and Documentation
- Assist with project cost estimates and monitor expenditures.
- Maintain project progress, design revision, and compliance records.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
Workplace
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires in-person, on-site work.
- The job requires walking on uneven terrain and climbing ladders or scaffolding when needed.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
