Supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites.

Ensure projects meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.
Prepare daily site reports, measurements, inspection requests, and project documentation.
Identify and resolve technical and site issues with the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
Coordinate with the QS team on measurements, quantities, and variations.
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to management.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Three to five years of relevant experience in construction or contracting is required.
