Role Overview
Design and supervise infrastructure projects.
Evaluate project feasibility by analyzing local and environmental impacts, schedules, and budget constraints.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze survey reports, long-range plans, maps, and other data to design new projects.
- Consider budgets, regulations, and environmental hazards during risk analysis.
- Prepare material, equipment, and labor cost estimates and confirm costs remain within budget.
- Forecast design and construction timelines.
- Complete and submit permit applications to appropriate agencies.
- Ensure projects remain compliant throughout design and construction.
- Oversee soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility.
- Use design software to create project drawings and renderings.
- Manage repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
Experience
- Three years of UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
