Job Summary
Plan, supervise, and execute civil and swimming pool construction works.
Ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works, including swimming pool construction.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Execute excavation, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing for pools.
- Coordinate pool filtration, pumps, lighting, and other systems with the MEP team.
- Monitor progress and ensure work remains on schedule.
- Maintain quality control and safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, material requests, and site documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proven civil construction and swimming pool works experience.
- Knowledge of pool construction processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
