Position Overview
San Juan Interior Decoration LLC is hiring an experienced and responsible Accountant in Dubai, UAE.
The position is full-time and performed in person.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist with payroll and WPS-related accounting.
- Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and bank transactions.
- Prepare VAT records and assist with VAT filing.
- Reconcile bank and other financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting documents.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
- Ensure accounting records are updated and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting practices.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
