Job Purpose
- Performs all aspects of assembly, test, and calibration of assemblies according to specifications.
Shift
- Monday Thursday 6a 4:30p
Key Responsibilities
- Build assemblies using various tools and fixtures.
- Verify standards are correct and product meets required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions.
- May package products or assemblies, as needed.
- Inspect assemblies for defects during various stages of production.
- Perform tests on products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
- Perform high quality work.
- Identify production related issues.
- May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
- Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality managements system in accordance with ISO standards.
- Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same.
Experience Required
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Team player who is self motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
- Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and press equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer skills necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Pay Transparency
- The annual salary for this role is USD $18.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
