Responsibilities
- Create and produce high quality artisan chocolates with consistent finishing and presentation
- Execute chocolate moulding, colouring, detailing, and advanced finishing techniques
- Prepare ganache, fillings, caramel, and other chocolate components from scratch
- Perform professional chocolate tempering to achieve proper shine, snap, and texture
- Develop visually refined and creative chocolate designs with a chef’s approach
- Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and production standards
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Collaborate with the production team while taking full ownership of assigned work
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef, Expert Chocolatier, or Pastry Chef specializing in chocolate work
- Must be capable of full chocolate production from scratch to finished product
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, moulding, and advanced finishing techniques
- Experience preparing ganache, caramel, and fillings independently
- Strong artistic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for a passionate, detail oriented, and highly skilled Chocolate Chef / Expert Chocolatier to join our growing chocolate production team.
- This is a chef level position, not a basic production or helper role.
- The ideal candidate is expected to have strong culinary expertise in chocolate work, combining technical skill, creativity, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

- Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about chocolate craftsmanship.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month (based on experience).
