- Prepare and submit technical log reports and checklists
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours

- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery, recycling, and purifying systems
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques like vibration analysis and thermography
- Understanding of environmental regulations for refrigerant handling

Role Overview
- Principal: Qatar District Cooling Company
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic activities for chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
Maintenance Tasks
- Execute maintenance tasks including disassembly, assembly, observation, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and data collection.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors.
- Perform routine tests such as leak checks, system pressure verification, and nitrogen charging.
- Perform routine chiller maintenance including condenser and evaporator end covers opening and closing.
- Support heat exchanger chemical cleaning, swabbing, ECT, etc.
- Perform refrigerant transfer, reclaim, oil extract from refrigerant.
- Perform refrigerant recycling and purification activities.
- Assist in managing, handling, and storing refrigerants and inert gases.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and cleaning heat exchanger tubes.
- Understanding how to monitor and log key operating parameters.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to refrigerant handling and disposal.
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, or forms.
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal or external locations.
- Utilize, maintain, and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
- Maintain proper tools, PPEs, spares, and provide annual requirements.
Emergency Response
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours for business continuation and safety.
- Work effectively with engineers, supervisors, and external vendors.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and procedures.
- Provide assistance and support to other team members as required.
- Participate in QC provided training.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
