Job Purpose
Execute advanced analytical and design work for IT infrastructure to support high availability, performance, security, and scalability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs and future agentic and autonomous AI systems.
Key Results Accountabilities
- Analyze infrastructure standards, policies, and roadmaps for alignment with strategic goals and future digital twin and AI-driven systems.
- Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements for growth, innovation, and secure AI model lifecycle management.
- Prepare budgets and identify cost improvement opportunities for IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Analyze performance data for planning and enhancing data centers, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues and propose corrective and preventive measures.
- Develop and monitor capacity planning and disaster recovery processes for service continuity and resilience.
- Maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and analytical reports for infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with application, operations, and cybersecurity teams on secure and integrated infrastructure.
- Evaluate local and cloud infrastructure environments, including Azure and VMware, for optimization and future compatibility.
- Monitor infrastructure KPIs and SLAs and support data-driven performance improvements.
