- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic first real estate platform.
- Take products from blank page to launch to scale (0 to 1, then 1 to n).
- Recruit, lead, and grow a world class product, design, and product engineering culture.
- Work hands on with frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling.
- Make bold, calculated bets with incomplete information and own the outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to align the company behind a coherent product strategy.
- Stay obsessed with users by talking to agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors constantly.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping products that real people used, including 0 to 1 work
- Fluent in cutting edge AI, including LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production
- Comfortable with calculated risk and making bold decisions with incomplete information
- Strategic and hands on, able to set strategy and dive into details
- Ability to recruit, lead, and grow a world class product, design, and product engineering culture
- High velocity and urgency, with clear communication
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, marketplaces, Agentic Applications, AI Research and R&D
- Bonus: Founder or early stage operator experience
- Bonus: Technical background or ability to engage on agent architecture
