- Facilitate RFQs and provide expert recommendations to government entities, ensuring full alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Auditing all procurement activities to guarantee strict adherence to departmental sustainability and environmental policies.
- Managing the lifecycle of purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Curating the approved supplier list and monitoring performance metrics to ensure service excellence and accountability.
- Developing comprehensive procurement reports and expenditure analyses to optimize budget allocation and track PO status.
- Leading training sessions for government employees on procurement best practices, internal procedures, and strategic sourcing.
