Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end operational establishment of the Saudi entity, including office set up, infrastructure build out, technology deployment, and vendor onboarding
- Develop and execute the operational launch plan for the Saudi business
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer and CEO in fulfilling operational requirements of the CMA license application
- Oversee all daily operational functions including trade execution support, client onboarding, order management, settlements, and back office processing
- Establish and maintain robust operational controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of trading platform, OMS, CRM, and back office technology
- Recruit, develop, and lead the operational team for the Saudi entity
- Develop and manage the Saudi entity's operational budget
Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial services operations, preferably brokerage or capital markets
- Proven track record in building operational infrastructure from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and licensing requirements
- Experience in managing technology platforms, trading systems, and back office operations
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh

Position Summary
- The COO is responsible for building, leading, and managing all operational aspects of the Saudi Arabian business.
- This is a foundational role establishing operational infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end to end operational establishment of the Saudi entity
- Develop and execute the operational launch plan
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and IT functions
- Oversee procurement and management of third party service providers
- Establish operational policies, procedures, and service standards
- Support CMA licensing by preparing operational documentation
- Ensure operational infrastructure satisfies CMA requirements
- Develop and maintain operational risk framework
- Oversee daily operational functions including trade execution, client onboarding, order management, settlements
- Establish robust operational controls
- Monitor key operational metrics and report to CEO and Board
- Manage relationships with exchanges, clearing houses, custodians
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial services operations, preferably brokerage or capital markets
- Proven track record in building operational infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations
- Experience in managing technology platforms and trading systems
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
