Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations and ensure the effective execution of the organization's strategic objectives
- Manage cross functional teams, implement operational frameworks, and align business processes with growth and sustainability goals
- Develop and refine operational policies, lead resource planning, and coordinate with executive leadership on business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and venture support programs
- Supervise financial and budgeting processes, monitor performance metrics, identify operational risks and improvements
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Represent the organization with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to strengthen the ecosystem and support long term impact
Requirements
- Strong business planning and strategic execution skills
- Proven expertise in operations management, including process optimization, organizational design, and cross functional leadership
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, define performance metrics, and drive evidence based decision making
- Solid knowledge of finance and budgeting, including P&L oversight, cost control, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in venture growth, impact focused organizations, or fast scaling environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities in multicultural and international contexts
- Track record of leading change initiatives, building high performing teams, and nurturing inclusive, collaborative work cultures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, innovation driven business models, and sustainability oriented ventures is an advantage

Role Description
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at WOI.eco will oversee day to day operations and ensure the effective execution of the organization's strategic objectives.
- This full time, on site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves managing cross functional teams, implementing operational frameworks, and aligning business processes with growth and sustainability goals.
- The COO will develop and refine operational policies, lead resource planning, and coordinate with executive leadership on business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and venture support programs.
