Requirements
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
- Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
- Expertise in Financial Statements
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally as CFO or equivalent in growth oriented or impact driven organizations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and investment evaluation, including fundraising and capital structure optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments; familiarity with the UAE or regional regulatory and business landscape is beneficial

Role Description
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WOI.eco will lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.
- This full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation to support sustainable growth and impact oriented initiatives.
- The CFO will manage financial reporting, compliance, and governance, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and audits, and will advise the executive team and board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Day to day responsibilities include building and leading the finance team, optimizing processes and systems, supporting investment and fundraising activities, and collaborating with cross functional leaders on strategic decisions, partnerships, and new ventures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to guide strategic decision making, assess business performance, and support growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements to oversee preparation, analysis, and compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards.
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally as CFO or equivalent in growth oriented or impact driven organizations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and investment evaluation, including fundraising and capital structure optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams, boards, and external partners.
