Core Responsibilities
- Develop operational plans and optimize workflows with artisans and suppliers.
- Implement quality control systems and support timely delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Support market expansion and improve internal processes.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategic leadership skills are required.
- Operations management and process optimization skills are required.
- Analytical skills are needed to interpret data and monitor KPIs.
- Finance and budgeting skills are needed to manage costs and forecast revenues.
- Remote work, cross-functional team management, and cross-cultural communication abilities are required.
- Experience in fashion, design, or consumer products is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive and ethical practices are required.
