Part-time remote Chief Marketing Officer role leading TaYam’s overall marketing vision and execution.
The role supports fashion accessories and home decor products rooted in Faso Dan Fani.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee brand strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Develop campaigns, guide market research, and manage public relations activities.
- Align sales and marketing efforts to support growth and partnerships.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and leadership teams on consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize budgets, and identify new markets and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong market planning and marketing management skills are required.
- Market research, public relations, sales-focused marketing, and leadership experience are required.
- Digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics tools experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Fashion, accessories, or consumer goods experience is preferred.
