Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead operations across a substantial, multi-brand automotive organization.
• Define strategic priorities, improve execution, and embed accountability throughout the business.
• Establish processes, standards, and management capability to deliver sustained performance.
• Use financial and operational data to identify opportunities and challenge performance.
• Apply digital platforms, data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve commercial outcomes.
• Develop capable managers, retain strong performers, and address underperformance directly and consistently.

Experience Required

• Significant senior leadership experience in automotive distribution, retail, aftersales, or a comparable international multi-site business.
• Proven P&L responsibility and strong commercial understanding.
• A record of leading business and AI transformation and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience managing multiple brands, manufacturer relationships, partners, and diverse teams.
• Practical knowledge of digital, data, and AI technologies and their commercial application.
• Strong presence, communication skills, and judgment to partner closely with the Group CEO.
