Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's investment strategy across multiple asset classes
- Lead strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, market trends, and economic developments
- Present investment recommendations to executive management, investment committees, and boards
- Lead the design, structuring, launch, and ongoing management of investment products and vehicles
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes and geographies
- Lead due diligence processes and investment recommendations
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing investment team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance, Economics, or equivalent) preferred
- CFA, CAIA, FRM or other relevant professional qualifications highly desirable
- Minimum 15 years of progressive investment management experience
- Proven experience managing diversified multi asset portfolios
- Strong experience in investment product structuring, fund formation, and product development
- Demonstrated track record across public and private market investments
- Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, or investment platforms

Position Overview
- Confidential search for Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
- Lead investment strategy, portfolio management, and product development
- Senior leadership role requiring strong investment expertise and commercial acumen
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategy across public equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and alternatives
- Lead strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, market trends
- Present investment recommendations to executive management and boards
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
- Lead design, structuring, launch, and management of investment products
- Develop innovative solutions for institutional, family office, and HNW investors
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and distribution teams
- Evaluate and establish fund structures, mandates, and investment frameworks
- Support fundraising initiatives through product positioning and investor engagement
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes and geographies
- Lead due diligence processes and investment recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance, Economics, or equivalent) preferred
- CFA, CAIA, FRM or other relevant professional qualifications highly desirable
- Minimum 15 years of progressive investment management experience
- Proven experience managing diversified multi asset portfolios
- Strong experience in investment product structuring, fund formation, and product development
- Demonstrated track record across public and private market investments
- Experience with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, or investment platforms
- Strong understanding of investment risk management, portfolio construction, and capital markets
- Experience serving on Investment Committees or similar governance bodies preferred

- Experience gained within investment banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, private markets firms, pension funds, or leading financial institutions
