- Lead and oversee the daily production of authentic French breads, viennoiseries, pastries, and specialty baked goods
- Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings that delight guests and elevate the culinary experience
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, food safety, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while minimizing waste
- Train, mentor, and inspire the bakery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver memorable guest experiences across restaurants and events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Baker, Head Baker, or Senior Bakery Leader within a luxury hotel, upscale bakery, or renowned hospitality establishment
- Graduate of a recognized French culinary or bakery school, with formal training in French baking and pastry arts
- Strong expertise in traditional and modern French bread making, viennoiserie, and artisan baking techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high performing teams
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and kitchen operations
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee the daily production of authentic French breads, viennoiseries, pastries, and specialty baked goods.

What we’re looking for
