- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience
- At least 5 years in a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Head role
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Branding, or Communications
- Proven success in scaling businesses and delivering sustained profitability
- Experience managing P&L, business strategy, and commercial operations

Job Purpose
- The CEO is responsible for overall leadership, growth, and profitability of Wide Wings Media LLC.
- The role drives strategic direction, operational excellence, revenue growth, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business strategy aligned with Group objectives.
- Own and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build long term relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee day to day operations and ensure project delivery.
- Take full ownership of Profit & Loss.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high performing leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports to Group CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Head role.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Branding, or Communications.
- Proven success in scaling businesses and delivering sustained profitability.
- Experience managing P&L, business strategy, and commercial operations.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month.
